☀️ Summer Holiday Update ☀️

Please note that our team will be away on summer holiday from 26th July until 30th August. You can still browse and place orders on our website, but please note the following:

  • Order processing & shipping: Any orders placed between 26th July and 30th August will be dispatched when we return on 31st August. [1, 2, 3]
  • Customer inquiries: Emails and messages received during this time will be answered on the regular basis

We hope that you love your purchase with HomieeStudio, but if for any reason you would like to return or exchange the item, please make sure that all items are unworn, with sizing stickers on and in the same condition as you received them.

We will process all refunds and dispatch exchange items within 5 working days of the day they are received, although this may take longer during busy time such as Christmas or sale periods. If we do not have the size you requested in your exchange, we will automatically process a refund.

Please follow the instruction:

  • Please return your unused/ unworn item in the original/ or save packaging within 30 days of purchase
  • Please fill out this RETURN FORM, and send it all with the items you want to return. If you don’t have a printer – don’t worry, a written note with the order details is just enough
  • Please cover the return shipment

IMPORTANT

ALL INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PARCELS MUST BE MARKED AS “RETURNED GOODS” on the outside of the parcel and on all Customs Documents before shipping back to us otherwise they may not reach us and customers may incur extra costs for import charges.

International customers will be liable for all return costs including; shipping, customs charges and any processing fees issued by the courier. On the occassion HomieeStudio pays these fees on your behalf the, the amount will be deducted from your refund.

We ask that you pay these prior to sending your return as this will be more cost effective.
