We hope that you love your purchase with HomieeStudio, but if for any reason you would like to return or exchange the item, please make sure that all items are unworn, with sizing stickers on and in the same condition as you received them.

We will process all refunds and dispatch exchange items within 10 working days of the day they are received. If we do not have the size you requested in your exchange, we will automatically process a refund.

Please follow the instruction:

  • All items must be returned to us in fully resalable condition: Items returned damaged, washed, worn, in damaged packaging or without the original sales tags will not be eligible to be returned and as a result will not be refunded. We please ask that you are careful when trying on as we still receive slippers, gilets and jackets damaged or unclean or covered in pet hair and to be able to fully refund you we do need to be able to resell the item.
  • Please ensure that all items carefully folded and appropriately packaged for return, with the same care and respect given to the products as when they were received. Items must be returned in a clean, undamaged and resalable condition.
  • The following items cannot be returned: socks, blankets, hats, insoles.
  • Please fill out this RETURN FORM, and send it all with the items you want to return. If you don’t have a printer – don’t worry, a written note with the order details is just enough.
  • Please cover the return shipment.

IMPORTANT

ALL INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PARCELS MUST BE MARKED AS “RETURNED GOODS” on the outside of the parcel and on all Customs Documents before shipping back to us otherwise they may not reach us and customers may incur extra costs for import charges.

International customers will be liable for all return costs including; shipping, customs charges and any processing fees issued by the courier. On the occassion HomieeStudio pays these fees on your behalf the, the amount will be deducted from your refund.

We ask that you pay these prior to sending your return as this will be more cost effective.
